Your duties will include:

Prepare orders within the predetermined time schedule and quality standards,
Adjust the machines and intervene in minor technical malfunctions,
Educate, motivate and manage the employees while you yourself cooperate. You are therefore intensively present on the shop floor,
keep a close eye on the loading schedule and intervene where necessary,
Ensure efficient work transfer between shifts and departments.

It goes without saying that in all of this, you oversee hygiene, quality and safety and you have an eye for the optimization of working methods and participate in efficiency improvement projects.

Your profile:

You gained leadership experience in a manufacturing environment,
You are familiar with the technical aspects of a production process; where necessary you adjust/activate machinery as needed,
You are a hands-on and practical problem solver
You are communicative and can motivate and lead a team clearly,
You work systematically, are well-organized and know how to keep a cool head during stressful moments,
You are willing to work shifts and alternate Sundays.
